Valmar International and the Valmar Group are committed to providing the best natural food ingredients, but not at any cost.

We are one of the most vertically integrated companies in the natural food ingredients business and believe that we have greater social responsibility than others to develop a transparent market for the products we offer.

We value our suppliers as much as our customers. We play a major role in sharing our profits with our farmers located in low-income countries such as Sudan and Chad. We make sure that the profits, made from exporting raw materials, directly reach the growers pockets and help them to develop their own local economies and to improve standard of living.

We have defined a Corporate Social Responsibility Charter composed of the following elements:

• A Code of Conduct defining the Company policy in terms of
• health, safety, compensation, hours of work and benefits
• minimizing our impact on the environment and helping avoid desertification
• management practices that recognise the dignity of the individual
• hiring, salary, benefits, advancement, retirement practices that are solely motivated by the ability of an individual to do the job


• A Standard of Conduct that defines our partners obligations in terms of labor, compensation, health and safety and the environment. or Valmar International or its designated auditor's inspection upon request.
