  Valmuls™ 750

ValMuls 750 is a blend of natural gums speciality food additive used for its highly effective properties as an emulsifier. Its exclusive characteristics make it a prime choice for longer lasting oil/water emulsions without compromising taste of liquid concentrates or finished products.

ValMuls 750 is much more viscous than Valspray A 53000, therefore it can be used as a turbidity agent and emulsifier at concentration levels as low as 10%. Particularly popular in the beverage industry, ValMuls 750 can be used to make beverages look more substantial and full of pulp.

ValMuls 750 capitalizes on the multi-function characteristics of Gum Acacia (emulsifying, stabilizing properties) and simultaneously proposes higher viscosity and more cloudiness at lower concentration levels. For instance, cloud of finished product is obtained with a concentration of 10% of Valmuls 750 whereas it is obtained with 20% Valspray A 53000.

ValMuls 750 is 100% water soluble and can be used in a wide range of temperatures, enabling the product to be used in a myriad of applications.
