Valspray A 53000™ is a spray-dried food additive that is specifically used for flavours & beverages and adapted for usage in confectionery.
This product
also plays a major role in preserving the beverage longer: its unique emulsifying propertie prevent solution dephasing and separation of oil and water in liquid concentrates as well as in finished products.
Also selected for its stabilizing, preserving, emulsifying and film forming properties, Valspray A 53000™ is mostly used for the manufacturing of soft sweets, slightly thickens preparations and simultaneously acts as a natural preservative, by preventing sugar crystallisation and fat migration.
It acts as a strong prebiotic that enhances the activity of the intestinal flora and encourages the production of beneficial lactobilli without having any side effects.
It is also a soluble fibre, not digested in the upper part of the human digestive tract ”very low glycaemic index” and slowly fermented by the beneficial intestinal flora in the colon, which provides numerous health effects.
It contains 90-95 % of soluble dietary fibre on dry extract according to official AOAC 985-29 method.
Valspray A 53000™ has a low viscosity, high resistant to acidic environment and heat treatment, it can be easily added in foods and beverages to boost fibre levels without altering finished products.
