The usage of Gum acacia seyal is recommended for all non emulsion application.
The Acacia Seyal species is recognised one of the most cost effective gums for the encapsulation of spray dried flavours. It is also more colored gum (beige red) than Senegal one.
Gum acacia Seyal also known as talha or flaky (friable) gum.
The biggest exporter country is Chad and especially in Darfur area.
